  • A full body workout on the reformer. Designed to build strength from the centre of the body. These classes will improve strength, stability, balance + posture whilst building lean muscle definition.

    This class is not suitable during pregnancy.

  • High energy + high reps. Prepare to welcome the burn and sweat. We don’t modify, we motivate. The class that builds a pilates body.

  • Perfect for newbies. A gentle introduction to the bodhi method with adaptations to suit all abilities.
